Itinerary Brief

  • Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati

    Upon arrival at Guwahati airport or railway station, begin your journey by exploring the city's cultural and scenic gems. Visit the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra, a renowned cultural museum showcasing Assam’s rich heritage. Next, head to the Ropeway Terminal for a mesmerizing aerial view of the Brahmaputra River. Stroll through the bustling local markets of Guwahati, such as Fancy Bazar, where you can indulge in some shopping and savor delicious street food. If time permits, unwind with a breathtaking sunset cruise at Alfresco Grand, gliding over the majestic Brahmaputra River while enjoying a delightful dinner. Conclude the day with a comfortable overnight stay in Guwahati.

  • Day 2: Guwahati - Kaziranga (Drive time :- 220 kms, approximately 4- 5 hrs)

    Begin your day with an early morning visit to the sacred Maa Kamakhya Temple, a revered pilgrimage site atop Nilachal Hill, offering spiritual serenity and panoramic views of Guwahati. After seeking blessings, embark on a scenic drive to Kaziranga, making a stop at the Maha Mrityunjay Temple in Nagaon, home to the world’s tallest Shivling. Upon arrival in Kaziranga, check in to your accommodation and unwind, enjoying a relaxed evening at leisure. If time permits, immerse yourself in Assam’s vibrant culture with a mesmerizing Cultural Show at the Orchid Garden, starting around 6:30 PM. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Kaziranga, preparing for an exciting wildlife adventure ahead.

  • Day 3: Kaziranga - Shillong (Drive time :- 280 kms, approximately 6 - 7 hrs)

    Start your day with an exhilarating early morning elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park, where you can witness the iconic one-horned rhinoceros, majestic elephants, elusive tigers, and a variety of other wildlife in their natural habitat. After the safari, return to your accommodation for a hearty breakfast and some relaxation. In the afternoon, set out on a thrilling jeep safari to explore deeper into the park and spot more of its diverse wildlife. Later, visit the Kaziranga National Orchid Park, the largest of its kind in India, to admire its vast collection of exotic orchids and learn about the region’s rich biodiversity. Afterward, embark on a scenic drive to Shillong, the "Scotland of the East." Upon arrival, explore the bustling Shillong Police Bazar, a vibrant hub for shopping and local delicacies. End the day with a comfortable overnight stay in Shillong, gearing up for more adventures ahead.

  • Day 4: Shillong - Cherrapunji (Drive time :- 85 kms, approximately 2 - 3 hrs)

    After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji, stopping at Elephant Falls en route. Experience adventure at Mowdak Viewpoint with bungee jumping and ziplining. Explore the historic Garden of Caves before witnessing the stunning Nohkalikai and Wah Kaba Falls. Visit the mysterious Arwah and Mawsmai Caves, and admire the majestic Seven Sisters Waterfall. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

  • Day 5: Cherrapunji – Dawki and Mawlynnong (Drive time :- 180 kms, approximately 4 - 5 hrs)

    After breakfast, travel to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia. Explore the fascinating Single Decker Living Root Bridge and witness the unique balancing rock. Continue to Dawki, visiting the picturesque Borhill Falls along the way. At the Indo-Bangla border, experience the stunning Umngot River, famous for its crystal-clear waters. Enjoy an optional boat ride (charges payable on-site) before settling in for an overnight stay in Dawki.

  • Day 6: Dawki to Shillong via Jowai (Drive time :- 260 kms, approximately 6- 7 hrs)

    Start your day with thrilling adventure sports in Dawki, including ziplining, cliff jumping, kayaking, and snorkeling. Later, drive to Shillong via Jowai, making scenic stops at the mesmerizing Krang Shuri Falls and the breathtaking Phe Phe Falls. Conclude the day with a comfortable overnight stay in Shillong.

  • Day 7: Shillong to Guwahati (Drive time :- 130 kms, approximately 3 - 4 hrs)

    After breakfast, explore Shillong’s top attractions based on your departure schedule. Visit the stunning Laitlum Grand Canyon, the serene Lady Hydari Park, the historic Cathedral Church, and the State Museum. Enjoy panoramic views from Shillong Peak (Army Place) before driving back to Guwahati. Conclude your journey with a drop-off at Guwahati airport or railway station by evening.

  • 6 double occupancy rooms will be provided for 12 person

Note :- Hotel names will be shared 2 days before starting of the trip.

  • Booking amount should be atleast 40% of the total package amount.

  • At the starting day of the trip another 40% should be diposited.

  • The last 20% should be transferred day before the end of the trip.

  • When you receive the quotation, immediately if you pay the booking amount, same accomodation will be provided. Otherwise it might be different but similar property will be provided.

  • Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: the refund will be 50% of the booking amount.

  • Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: the refund will be 20% of the booking amount.

  • Any cancellation less than 10 Days: there will be no refund
