1. Domestic Tours:

   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. International Tours:

   • Cancellations made more than 45 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made between 30 to 45 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Lachit Tours and Travels

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We may offer alternative dates or tours, but you will have the option to accept the alternatives or request a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and add-ons are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to:

• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Services provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airline tickets, hotel bookings) subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions
